Finding a home in Chile, without the language getting in the way

We are a real estate agency working across Santiago and the Metropolitan Region. We help people buy, sell and rent — including those who have just arrived in the country and are still figuring out how things work here.

Renting or buying in Chile has rules that are not obvious the first time: the documents you will be asked for, the guarantee deposit, the notary, and the fact that most sale prices are not written in pesos at all.

We walk you through each step before you sign anything, and we tell you plainly when something is not worth it. That last part matters more than it sounds.

What we do

Buying a home

We search, visit with you, negotiate the price and accompany you through the notary and the final deed.

Renting a home

We show you what is available, explain what the landlord will ask for, and review the contract with you before you sign.

Selling or renting out your property

Professional valuation, photography, publication across portals and screening of every applicant.

Rental management

Contracts, rent collection and payment follow-up, so you do not have to chase anyone.

Mortgage guidance

We orient you on financing and work with brokers. Costs depend on the property value and on what you need.

Moving and freight

Full house moves, single-item deliveries and office relocations, at any hour, from Santiago.

Three things worth knowing before you start

Sale prices are in UF, not pesos

The UF is a unit that follows inflation and changes value every day. A property listed at 4.000 UF is worth whatever that equals in pesos on the day you sign. Rents are usually in pesos, sale prices almost always in UF.

Renting asks for more paperwork than you expect

You will normally need a Chilean ID number, proof of income covering several months, and a guarantee deposit. If you have just arrived and cannot show local income yet, there are ways around it — tell us your situation and we will look at what is realistic.

Foreign nationals can own property in Chile

Owning property here does not require Chilean nationality or permanent residency. There are restrictions on land near the borders, and financing conditions differ if you are not a resident. We check your specific case before you make any commitment.
